The programme provides the following schemes:

  • Home Access Scheme

    Eligible low-income households will be provided with home internet access and telephony services with a broadband package at $6 per month for 48 months. This includes the provision of internet (fibre) connectivity bundled with a basic device (e.g. tablet).  Read more

    This scheme provides two tier subsidy for applicants to own a new computer with free software and three years of free subscription to broadband services. Read more
  • iNSPIRE Fund Scheme

    This scheme offers financial assistance to full-time students (aged 25 years and below) who are unable to co-pay for the computer applied under the PC-Bundle scheme.Read more
